Strawberry Bellini

Serves 5

• Bottle of Prosecco Rosé

• Carton of strawberries

• Simple syrup

1. Blend strawberries into a purée

2. Add 1 oz strawberry purée into champagne glass

3. Pour Prosecco over it, stirring to mix

4. Sweeten as desired with simple syrup

5. Garnish with strawberries
