The Paloma

You don’t need to give us an excuse to celebrate National Tequila Day on July 24th, especially with our favorite tequila. This is a classic cocktail, easy to make, and very refreshing.

Serves: 1

  • 1.5oz tequila

  • 0.5oz fresh lime juice

  • 1oz fresh grapefruit juice

  • 0.25oz agave nectar

  • Rosemary sprig, grapefruit wedge & lime wedge for garnish

  1. Combine tequila and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Feel free to add agave nectar to sweeten the drink!

  2. Shake well and strain into a glass with ice.

  3. Top off with grapefruit juice and soda water.

  4. Garnish with rosemary sprig, grapefruit wedge, and lime.
