Parmesan-Crusted Corn on the Cob

Serves 6

  • 6 ears of corn, shucked and cleaned

  • 1 cup melted butter

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. In a large pot of lightly salted water, add corn, bring to a boil and remove immediately.

  2. When corn has cooled, brush on melted butter, roll in Parmesan cheese.

  3. Place on grill and cook a minute on each side.

  4. Serve immediately.
