Oat Milk and Honey Cocktail

Serves 1

  • 1 ½ oz. bourbon

  • ¼ oz. crème de cacao

  • 2 oz. cold-brew coffee

  • 1 oz. oat milk

  • ½ oz. honey syrup

  • pinch salt

  • sprinkle of ground coffee for garnish

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and add a pinch of salt to make those flavors pop even more.

  2. Shake to chill.

  3. Fill a collins glass halfway with crushed ice.

  4. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, add more ice, then garnish with a sprinkle of ground coffee.
