Dress the Empress

Serves 1

• 0.5 ounces Melon liquor

• 2 ounces pineapple juice

• 1 ounce Aperol

• 0.25 ounces lime juice

• 0.25 ounces Empress gin

1. Pour melon liquor at the bottom of the glass

2. In a shaker combine pineapple juice, aperol and lime juice

3. Gently pour it on top of the melon layer and leave some room to top it off with Empress gin!
