Relax on National Self Care Day!

In the hustle and bustle of life, we tend to put our needs and well-being on the back burner at times. National Self Care Day on April 5th is a day that emphasizes the importance of self-care as the basis for good health. It’s also a day when we’re encouraged to prioritize self-care and make it a habit. Here are a couple of spots where you can feel your healthiest and happiest and not break the bank!

The traditional bath experience has arrived in NYC in this gigantic three-story space. The basement level houses the spacious, beautiful, candlelit room with thermal baths. The spa also has a menu of massages if you want to go full relaxation mode.

The skin-care therapists will completely customize a 30 minute ($60) or 50 minute ($105) session to your skin and needs. Better yet, this place opens early and closes late on weekdays at their six NYC locations, so you can pop in before or after work rather than sacrifice precious weekend days.

There's little this New York City spa doesn't offer—with services ranging from a therapeutic massage, facials, an excellent manicure or pedicure, or even a wax. It's located right in SoHo too, so you can make a day out of it and walk around the area before or after your appointment.
