I spent 20 years of my life as an elite athlete, training and competing worldwide. I created my low impact / full body workout method to help me as an Olympic skater but also as a woman to strengthen gracefully and feel good in my body. My method became my lifestyle and followed me when I retired from figure skating. My method takes a holistic approach to wellness and focuses on strengthening gracefully, sculpting long lean and intelligent muscles, all while also connecting you to your body in a mindful way. It is a conversation that goes both ways. I crafted my method with all the modalities I had learnt and used as an athlete but also what helped me while recoving from a hip replacement and what I needed to feel good and connected to my body as a woman. The workout is designed to activate, energize and create awareness through movement. From improving posture, to toning and increased flexibility, this is the anti aging workout for all levels and ages.
Body by Fleur is available for personal training in Manhattan, the Hamptons and also offers virtual sessions.
